Since Tobors books are made for young children, each page should have a picture of some sort on it to help grab the attention of the little ones.

This is what the image buttons in Tobors BookMaker look like. These 6 buttons are not just for images.
BEFORE you click a button, select a page from the numbered pages available in the scrollable image menu in the middle of the screen. I’ve put a red box around one of the ‘pages’ to show you where they are.

The first image button (with the black and white cat on it) can be used to place any image that you have on your computer onto any page in your story.
All you have to do is click the button, then find a photo on your computer and select it.
The image that you chose will be displayed in the large area at the right of the screen. Here’s a scaled down version of what the screen looks like at this time. I put a red box around where the image will be displayed

Most likely, the picture will be too big to fit in the area. It’s also possible that your image may be turned sideways. That’s what the three buttons under the image are for. I put a red box around each button (in this image) to highlight them for you.

The button on the left is used to make your picture bigger or smaller (within the confines of the available space on the ‘page’).
The middle button is used to move your image around on the ‘page’.
The button on the right side is used to rotate your image. It rotates it clockwise by 90 degrees each time you click the button.
Once you have the picture the way you want it, you go to the next section to add the text.
IMPORTANT:
YOUR IMAGE WILL NOT BE SAVED UNTIL YOU PRESS THE SAVE PAGE BUTTON
I highlighted it with a red box below.

Don’t forget to read the rest of the lessons on Adding and Manipulating Inages with BookMaker.
There is one on how to DRAW A PICTURE to use as your image.
Have fun!
